The rose "Rose der Hoffnung," which translates from German as "Rose of Hope," is a variety that fills the garden with a feeling of love and optimism through its appearance and fragrance. Bred by German breeders from Kordes in 2002, this rose has become a symbol of beauty and resilience.
The flowers of "Rose der Hoffnung" have a classic shape with large petals that open beautifully, forming a cup. The inner petals are colored in lemon-orange shades, while the edges of each petal are marked by a rich pink stripe, creating a striking two-tone border. The bush of this rose grows to a height of 80-100 cm, making it ideal for medium-sized garden spaces. Rose der Hoffnung blooms abundantly throughout the season, offering a long-lasting floral display. The rose’s foliage is glossy and dark green, which contrasts beautifully with the bright flowers.
The fragrance of this variety is one of its key features – it is alluring and complex, combining sweetness and tartness. These qualities make the rose not only a garden ornament but also an excellent choice for cutting, allowing you to enjoy its scent indoors.
"Rose der Hoffnung" is well adapted to various conditions and has high disease resistance, which makes care easier. In cold weather, the rose requires only minimal protection, emphasizing its winter hardiness.
For its uniqueness and beauty, the rose "Rose der Hoffnung" was awarded a silver medal at the exhibition in Belgium in 2011 and received a prize at the exhibition in Dublin (Ireland), confirming its outstanding decorative qualities.
