EU passport
Plant Passport is an official document confirming that the seedlings were grown in a nursery included in the Register of professional operators of one of the European Union countries. Such nurseries undergo regular inspections to ensure compliance with phytosanitary requirements and guarantee that the plants are free from particularly dangerous diseases and pests.
Plant passports are issued only after an inspection by an officer of the State Plant Protection Service, during which compliance with phytosanitary standards is confirmed and a decision is made to authorize the issuance of passports.
According to EU regulations, the presence of a plant passport is mandatory when distributing seedlings for commercial purposes (in stores, through landscaping companies, etc.), as well as for remote sales (for example, via the internet).
Since 2024, our company has been registered with the State Plant Protection Service, undergoes regular inspections, and has official authorization to issue passports for its products — rose seedlings.
