The inner petals are formed as dense, winding layers. Princess Hitomi (also known as "Beautiful Story") is notable for its pure color. Since the tone of its shade is so even, it highlights the exquisite contrasts in the shape of its petals: its inner petals are folded into four hearts, while its outer petals twist into a multi-layered array of star points. This Japanese rose combines the innocence of a little girl with refined elegance.
