This rose is named after the world’s best pastry chef, Jordi Roca. Its sweet flavor makes it ideal for all types of desserts, rose petal jams, and pairs excellently with Eastern dishes and vibrant salads, adding an exotic floral aroma. Large apricot-orange petals can adorn desserts in fresh, dry, or candied forms, and can also be added to cocktails or juices, simply dried and added to tea.
For culinary use, petals should be collected at the nearly full bloom stage, preferably early in the morning. They can be stored in the refrigerator (around +5⁰C) for no longer than 12-14 days.
