The rose is named after the world's best pastry chef, Jordi Roca. The sweet taste of this rose makes it perfectly suited for all kinds of desserts, rose petal jams, and it also pairs wonderfully with Eastern cuisine and vibrant salads, giving them an exotic and floral aroma. Large apricot-orange petals will decorate desserts fresh, dried, or candied; they can also be added to cocktails or juices by simply drying and adding them to tea. For culinary use, it is recommended to harvest the petals at the half-bloom stage, preferably early in the morning. Petals can be stored in the refrigerator (around +5⁰C) for no longer than 12-14 days.
