The flowers "Better Times" stand out with a play of colors that range from soft yellow to bright orange and pink tones, large, 8–10 cm in diameter, densely double, with petals tightly arranged in the center of the flower, blooming singly or in clusters of two to three. The stiff petals make these rose flowers especially suitable for cutting and placing in vases. The fragrance is light. Flowering is recurrent, in waves throughout the season from June until frost.

The bush is vigorous, grows vertically, on average about 100 cm tall, 40–60 cm wide, with healthy foliage, well resistant to black spot, powdery mildew, and rust. Winter hardiness is good, but appropriate winter shelter is required for the region. The exquisite "Better Times" flowers, like other varieties from the Eleganza collection, blend beautifully in small compositions with greenery or blue filler flowers, such as lavender.
