Velvet Fragrance is one of today's most popular raspberry hybrid tea roses with a rich, pleasant aroma. The flowers are very large, densely doubled, elegantly shaped, they look best in hot, dry weather. They are silky pink, dark, with almost black shadows and a velvety sheen on the edges of the petals. Appears one by one on long strong shoots, cuts perfectly. The variety blooms until late autumn. Sometimes flowers appear on unusually long young shoots. The foliage is dark green, with a tendency to black spots in some regions. The bush is vigorous, upright, with purple new growth.
